Returns & Refunds policy                           

Thank you for choosing Moorazul. Please read this policy carefully before booking our professional design services.

1. Service Terms & Deposits
  • No Refunds on Deposits: To initiate any project, a 50% upfront deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the initial research, strategy, and administrative time dedicated to your project.

  • Final Sales: Once the final design assets have been delivered and the remaining balance has been paid, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for services already rendered and approved.

  • Project Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client before completion, the initial deposit will be retained by Moorazul as a cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling & Timelines
  • Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, you may request to reschedule your project start date with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Client Delays: If a client fails to provide necessary feedback or materials for more than 10 business days without prior notice, the project may be put on hold and a restart fee may apply to resume work.

  • Designer Commitment: In the event that a project is delayed due to unforeseen emergencies or technical issues on our end, Moorazul will provide a revised delivery timeline at no extra cost to ensure the project is completed as agreed.

3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
  • Deliverables: All sales of custom digital designs, branding suites, or downloadable resources are final once access is provided or files are sent.

  • Drafts and Concepts: No refunds or credits will be provided for discarded concepts or drafts presented during the creative process.
