Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for choosing Moorazul. Please read this policy carefully before booking our professional design services.
1. Service Terms & Deposits
No Refunds on Deposits: To initiate any project, a 50% upfront deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the initial research, strategy, and administrative time dedicated to your project.
Final Sales: Once the final design assets have been delivered and the remaining balance has been paid, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for services already rendered and approved.
Project Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client before completion, the initial deposit will be retained by Moorazul as a cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling & Timelines
Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, you may request to reschedule your project start date with at least 48 hours' notice.
Client Delays: If a client fails to provide necessary feedback or materials for more than 10 business days without prior notice, the project may be put on hold and a restart fee may apply to resume work.
Designer Commitment: In the event that a project is delayed due to unforeseen emergencies or technical issues on our end, Moorazul will provide a revised delivery timeline at no extra cost to ensure the project is completed as agreed.
3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
Deliverables: All sales of custom digital designs, branding suites, or downloadable resources are final once access is provided or files are sent.
Drafts and Concepts: No refunds or credits will be provided for discarded concepts or drafts presented during the creative process.
