1. Service Policies (Design & Branding)

To ensure a high-quality creative process and professional results, the following rules apply to all design services:

• Booking & Payment: All design projects require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule. The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of the final high-resolution files. Specific payment details will be provided during the proposal stage.

• Design Brief: The client is responsible for providing clear information, references, and requirements through our initial brief. Any major changes to the project scope after the design phase has started may incur additional fees.

• Revision Policy: Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds (usually 2 or 3, as stated in your quote). Further revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

• Code of Conduct: A professional and respectful collaboration is expected at all times. Offensive or disruptive communication may result in the termination of the project without a refund of the initial deposit.

2. Cancellations & Project Timelines

• No Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable as they cover the initial research, strategy, and administrative time dedicated to your project.

• Rescheduling: If you need to pause or reschedule your project start date, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Punctuality & Feedback: Timely feedback is crucial. If a client fails to provide feedback or materials for more than 10 business days without prior notice, the project will be considered "on hold," and a restart fee may apply to resume work.

• Designer Commitment: If an unforeseen situation arises on our end (technical issues or emergencies) that affects the deadline, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery schedule at no extra cost.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership of Final Assets: Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final approved designs for their intended use. Moorazul retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials as part of our professional history.

• Working Files: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, original working files (e.g., .AI, .PSD, .FIG) remain the property of Moorazul and are not included in the standard delivery.

• Third-Party Assets: We may use licensed fonts, stock photography, or mockups. These materials are subject to the licenses of their respective owners. Moorazul does not transfer ownership of third-party assets to the client.

• You must not:

  • Claim authorship of original concepts or designs created by Moorazul.

  • Use any discarded concepts or drafts provided during the presentation phase for any purpose.
